Sysiphus is a ring-based copy protection, and should be dumped like any other ringed disc, as described at the http://wiki.redump.org/index.php?title=Ringed_Disc_Dumping_Guide page.
If a disc is scanned as being protected with Sysiphus, but does not have rings, it is either remnants, or should be reported.
