For PS1/2, the internal serials are standardized with hyphen (example: SLUS-01234)
If a verification is submitted with only a mould SID, a new line should be created with just that SID (see http://forum.redump.org/topic/49336/psx-disneys-donald-duck-quack-attack/ (forum post), http://redump.org/disc/27305/ (entry) as an example)
