To get the MID on aaru use the command .\aaru media info X: with X being the drive containing the disc. The output will contain a lot but what you are looking for is: Disc manufacturer is Mitsubishi Kagaku Media Co., LTD. ("MCC 03RG20") as an example with the Code in brackets being the MID.
