PlayStation World (stylized as "PSWorld" and "PSW") was a UK magazine which included coverdiscs. Most of the coverdiscs including: single-sided DVD-Videos, double-sided DVD-Videos, double-sided DVD-Video / PC, and potentially standalone PC discs.
Due to the numbering on the discs, it seems that the first issue to include a coverdisc would be issue 11.
