Discs not yet dumped - no need to put up links in the mainpage, which are available right trough the sidebar, gbk (admin)

I am not sure whether it is right here. I wanted to propose a Hashprogram for Useful_Links, I find this program very Useful and it is open source.

In the sidebar the redump guide and useful links must be higher to be more visible, maybe under what is redump.org. anyone can see the game lists in the main site anyway. -ghost

Frontpage is ugly. anyone can check recent changes through RSS feeds. no need to manualy change stuff here.
