Coverdisc List

A work-in-progress list of publications which included at least one coverdisc that qualifies for redump.
Many magazines released more than one system in their respective coverdisc run, so a master coverdisc list serves as a "catch-all" list for all systems.
DO NOT mark region as "Europe-wide" unless a SINGLE RUN of the publication was distributed in more than one European country. For magazines released with localized versions, please state the individual localized version as the region of distribution and create a wiki page for each localized distribution run.
