General Moderation Guide

Idea is to put general purpose notes on moderating systems that apply to the database as a whole.

• The order of prioritization for the date of Betas/Protos in the datname is:
  • 1. Latest file date on disc (Is there a tool for this?)
  • 2. Written on Disc/Packaging/etc. (Physically written on the disc after it was made, usually most accurate)
  • 3. Build Date (.EXE Date, Header, or similar file)
  • 4. PVD (Often incorrect, watch out for placeholders, use common sense.)
