Titles that need fixing

Redump has limitations in how it deals with generating dat names from the main title, resulting in entries that have had to be manually been fixed.
These fixes are not ideal and need changing back to their intended title if redump's dat name generation is fixed.

118035	Lime-iro Ryuukitan X: Koi, Oshiete Kudasai	Lime-iro Ryuukitan X: Koi,Oshiete Kudasai	Space removed after comma to preserve title.
117663	Nandemonai Shiawasena, Aru Hi no Koto	Nandemonai Shiawasena,Aru Hi no Koto	Space removed after comma to preserve title.
(Many)	Den Lengste Reisen	De Lengste Reisenn	Redump incorrectly transforms Lengste Reisen, Den into De Lengste Reisenn. This isn't currently fixed, but it results in a bad main title.
(Many)	.hack	Dot Hack	The initial full stop has been replaced with the word Dot due to incompatibilities with OS and programs.
