Xbox Demos on DVD

Some standard DVD Video discs included Xbox or Xbox 360 demos that would play on your console. These are standard DVD Video discs, and should be dumped as such.
Note that movies tend to receive several pressings, and some also receive localized menus depending on the country, so alternate dumps are very likely. Canadian releases will have French and English on the case and disc artwork, but will likely have the same content as the American releases.

Notes:
- Robots does not contain a demo of the Xbox game, it has a racing game featuring the characters that seems completely separate from the normal game. Robots has also at least four different reprints, and it is not known if all of them include the demo.
- The Japanese versions of Chronicles of Riddick (1 and 2 disc), Hulk (1, 2 and 3 disc), King Arthur, Van Helsing (1 and 2 disc) and Robots are apparently missing the Xbox demos.
- It is currently unknown if the Japanese releases of the Star Wars Unaltered Trilogy contain the demos; the boxes mention a Lego Star Wars II game trailer, not a demo. Episode III includes an insert with Xbox Demo Instructions so it can be assumed that it does contain a demo.
- It is currently unknown if DVDs included in combo packs have the Xbox demos.
- The Godfather is rumored to exist and mentioned on Reddit, but no one has ever found a copy of it. No releases of the movie have included any game content, except for a preview DVD of the PC version that was included with some copies of The Godfather DVD Collection. This DVD is currently undumped.

Notes:
- A DVD set called Indiana Jones: The Complete Adventure Collection included the remastered versions of the original three Indiana Jones movies and Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, in Widescreen format only. It's very possible that the version of Crystal Skull in this set matches the standalone release.
- The Japanese versions of Indiana Jones and Star Trek do not seem to contain the Xbox 360 demos.
